If both the above answers are yes, we will help the spouse who wants to remain in the house, refinance the mortgage into his or her sole name. If either of the above answers are no, we 1) will consider buying their house for our sale-leaseback program or 2) we will help your client sell their house through our real estate brokerage subsidiary, Next Act Realty, LLC.
